You agree not to:

Use Lore to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform
Resell or redistribute access to Lore without permission
Use generated content to train competing AI models

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Lore. By using the platform, you grant Lore a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your generated videos, prompts, or projects.

AI-Generated Content

Lore uses third-party AI models to generate video content. We do not guarantee specific output quality, accuracy, or consistency. Generated content may vary based on model availability and prompt complexity.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing or distributing it.

Plans and Billing

Lore offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

Refunds are not available for partial billing periods. You may cancel your plan at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, and technology belong to Lore. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

Limitation of Liability

Lore is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of generated content or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Lore after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
